とすると
I’m hired.　no.305は 「私はクビだ」という意味なんでしょうか？

「I’m hired.」と「You’re fired.」は「I am」と「you are」の違いでしかありません。

no.305は、fired（解雇されている状態）ではなく、hired（雇われている状態）です。

これは失礼しました。老眼が進んで、fired　と　hired　の区別がつきませんでした。

で、話の流れは

で最後　「I’m hired.」は「（金のないお前を）俺が雇ってやる」なのでしょうか？
